Term of use

Each participant is expected to accept the rules while attending the Austria Racing Camps. These rules can be seen from the notice board on the reception. Anybody not following the rules of conduct will be dismissed from the camp. The costs of the camp, however, cannot be refunded in such a case. As for participants who have not come of age – their parents or guardians, responsible for their return, will be notified of the incident. Each participant will have to take care of his/her own insurance. All participants should be aware of the fact that there are a number of risks in connection with skiing training and other types of sports practised during the camp. Participation will be at your own risk. The head of the camp will not be held responsible for any damages. Any legal arguments will be dealt with according to Austrian law and at the proper Law Court in Innsbruck. With his/her entry each participant certifies that he/she acknowledges the conditions of the General Business Rules and agrees that these rules are the basis of the contract.
