Classic Camps are our traditional racing-programmes that have been attended by numerous athletes of the world cup since our foundation in 1975. The programme of Austria Racing Camps has become one of the most successful programmes worldwide. There are between 8 and 9 athletes in one group.

The expert eye of our experienced and high qualified coaches guarantees your improvement in performance.
Video analysis are absolutely mandatory in modern training in order to maximise the improvement of the athlete. With the help of slow motion and freeze frames your coach will show and explain you what needs to be improved in your technique. In addition, a map with lots of World Cup pictures and the latest World Cup videos will support you to memorize the perfect positions and movements for the next training day.

Our big variety of activities are starting every afternoon at 16:00. Extensiveness, contents and intenseness of our training is customized for our athletes, depending on age and physical shape. The training contains all the classical categories like endurance, power, speed, quickness, coordination, balance,…and is guided by the latest consolidated findings of sports science. The idea is to complete and support our on snow training and to give you professional advices for your work out at home.
You will train with a large number of different devices during your camp lilke Skier’s Edge, slacklines, trampolines, balance boards, unicycles, MFT sport discs, running ladders, speedy’s, gymsticks, hurdles,…
As a small reward for your hard training during the whole day, we will play different games at the end, like land hockey, speedminton, soccer, tennis, soccer-tennis, volleyball, basketball, touchball, …
For our younger participants we have a special highlight. At least once a week we make a trip to the popular playarena.

According to the philosophy of Austria Racing Camps to provide his athletes only with the best surrounding, we have started our cooperation with the Hintertux Glacier already in 1975. Perfect levels of snow are guaranteed 365 days of the year at Austria’s only all year round ski region on 3.250 meters above sea level with the most modern cablecars. Thanks to the long-term cooperation with the Hintertux Glacier our Austria Racing Camps can chose between 45 different training lanes.
Regardless of whatever time of year it is you visit, one thing is for sure: The natural spectacle of the Hintertuxer Glacier will never cease to impress.

The perfect racing camp hotel – only 250 meters from the gondola
The family-run 3-star hotel with a wonderful view and the newest comfort is situated in a quit and privileged site with only 250 meters from the gondola – no waste of time and energy for walking or driving long ways to the lift station every day.
The perfect camp hotel with a big multimedia conference room with a big screen for our daily video analysis and camp meetings, modern ski room with lockers and boot dryer, two World Cup containers with each 3 work benches for ski tuning, amply fitness room with modern equipment, two tennis courts, two big trampolines, wide beautiful grass fields around the hotel and a wellness area with whirlpool sauna, steam bath and a tanning studio. In your little free time during your camp with us you can enjoy the impressing playground in front of your hotel or our table tennis room.
The comfortable and amply rooms are equipped in country house style with shower/WC, balcony, cable TV, phone, safe, hairdryer and radio. There is wireless-LAN in the whole hotel and if you do not want to bring your laptop, you are welcome to use the internet corner in the hotel lobby.
That’s why many of the most successful National Teams are also staying in the Hotel Hintertuxerhof.
