Gold Package
Duration: 12 months
The Gold Package is designed for long-term progressive development at the highest performance level – includes a year-long period of training with top training-related components. Each athlete must complete a base-line test – this will allow the coach to design a program which is specifically developed around the athlete’s needs. The test examines the motors skills and specific sports medicine parameters of the athlete in order to adequately build the annual program. The ARC Coach will be in regular contact with the athlete online to ensure necessary support, even from home. After six months of training, through training apps and ongoing online support, the athlete will take a control test to distinguish the athlete’s current fitness status. Based on the updated data, the existing plan will be adjusted and further developed. Because this package is the most intricate and extensive program, we recommend athletes older than 12 years of age to participate.
